What to Include (Speeds Up Support)
Do not include: seed phrase, private key, passphrase, or full unredacted personal IDs.
Security & Vulnerability Disclosure
If you believe you've found a security issue:
- • Email [email protected] and encrypt with our PGP
- • Include: affected component (web/desktop/mobile), version, steps to reproduce, impact
- • We acknowledge within 48 hours and coordinate a fix
- • Safe harbor: Good-faith research under our policy will not be pursued legally
Emergency guidance (funds at risk):
Move assets to a fresh wallet immediately (new seed + optional passphrase). Then contact us with details and tx hashes.
