Security & Vulnerability Disclosure

If you believe you've found a security issue:

  • • Email [email protected] and encrypt with our PGP
  • • Include: affected component (web/desktop/mobile), version, steps to reproduce, impact
  • • We acknowledge within 48 hours and coordinate a fix
  • • Safe harbor: Good-faith research under our policy will not be pursued legally

Emergency guidance (funds at risk):

Move assets to a fresh wallet immediately (new seed + optional passphrase). Then contact us with details and tx hashes.

Data & Safety

  • • We're a non-custodial wallet; we cannot recover or reset your wallet
  • • Support will never ask for your seed, private key, or passphrase
  • • Keep sensitive info out of screenshots/logs
